SAMBA, Aug 25: One person was killed and three others were injured after a flyover collapsed during construction work in the Jakh area of Vijaypur in Samba district on Tuesday, officials said.
According to officials, the incident occurred when a portion of the under-construction structure gave way during ongoing work.
The injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Their condition was not known immediately.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident, while further details are awaited.
