BJP stands firmly with the people as NC govt fails to deliver: MP Sat Sharma

Jammu: MLA Ch. Vikram Randhawa listened to the public grievances in a public grievance camp organized at the BJP Headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

J&K BJP President and Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma also visited the grievance camp, interacted with the visiting deputations, and assured them that the BJP remains fully committed to safeguarding the interests of every section of society. He said that while the present NC government has failed to address the day-to-day concerns of the people, BJP continues to serve as the most accessible platform for the common citizens, ensuring that their genuine issues are taken up before the concerned authorities without delay.

J&K BJP Swachhta Abhiyan Department Convenor Er. Dil Bahadur Singh Jamwal, Department Co-convenor Er. T.K. Sharma, and Jammu District Convenor Er. S.K. Zalpuri coordinated the proceedings of the grievance camp.

Among the prominent issues raised were the demand for NOCs and ownership rights by a deputation from Gandhi Nagar, joining letters of selected outstanding sportspersons under SRO-12, construction of a deep drain in Sector-2 Gangyal Garden, acute water scarcity in Sarwal, Gorkha Mohalla Last Morh, Meenia Mohalla Trikuta Nagar Extension, and Main Road Digiana. Residents from Sector-2 Gangyal, Gandhi Nagar, and Sarwal sought the construction of lanes and drains, while an individual requested the release of one year's pending vehicle rent from the SE Hydraulics Department. A student sought assistance regarding admission to Government Women College, Gandhi Nagar, and a woman from Qasim Nagar requested immediate police intervention in an alleged molestation case.

Sat Sharma, speaking on the occasion, said that BJP has always believed that public service is the highest responsibility of a political organization. While the NC government is busy making excuses and indulging in political theatrics, BJP leaders remain among the people, listening to their problems and ensuring that every genuine grievance reaches the appropriate authorities. We will continue to stand firmly with the people until their issues are resolved, he said.

Ch. Vikram Randhawa said that the grievance camp reflects BJP's culture of accountability and accessibility. He said that every complaint received will be vigorously pursued with the concerned departments. He said that the people of Jammu deserve responsive governance, not administrative indifference. He added that the BJP will continue to act as the voice of the common man and ensure that public welfare remains the top priority.

Er. Dil Bahadur Singh Jamwal said that the overwhelming public participation demonstrates the people's trust in BJP's working style. He assured that all developmental and civic issues would be systematically taken up with the concerned departments.

Er. T.K. Sharma reiterated that the party remains committed to ensuring timely redressal of genuine public grievances through continuous follow-up.
