Leh, July 29: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, CMO Leh received 14 positive reports and 20 negative sample reports and CMO Kargil received 03 negative sample reports from PGIMER Chandigarh yesterday.
CMO Leh also received one positive sample report from COVID-Lab Chuschot yesterday, and five positive sample reports and five negative sample reports were received by CMO Leh from DIHAR Lab Leh today.
The bulletin further reveals that 7 patients from Covid Hospital Leh and 06 patients in Facility Isolation at Leh were discharged today after their negative sample reports were received yesterday.
With this, the number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 261; 201 in Leh district and 60 in Kargil district and that the condition of all 261 active cases of COVID-19 in UT Ladakh is stable.
185 samples were sent to PGIMER Chandigarh today for testing by CMO Leh.
At Upshi check post 118 passengers, drivers, and helpers of 41 tankers, 35 trucks and 10 light vehicles. Also 77 passengers and 205 drivers and helpers of 289 trucks/tankers and light vehicles were screened at Khaltsi Check post yesterday. The vehicles were also sanitised.
