Kishtwar: The Annual Machail Yatra was cancelled due to COVID19 as per orders of the Kishtwar Administration.
Earlier, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board headed by Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu has decided to cancel this year’s Amarnath Yatra in view of the coronavirus situation.
In recent past days the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed a huge surge in Coronavirus positive cases including highest number of COVID deaths on each day while the medical experts have sounded an alarm after the situation turned grim due to this pandemic.
