3 more tested COVID-19 positive in UT Ladakh

Leh, July 21: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, informed that 02 patient in Home Isolation at Kargil and 01 patient from COVID Hospital Kargil were discharged today, after their Negative sample reports were received by CMO Kargil yesterday.

With this, the number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has remained 186; 156 in Leh district and 30 in Kargil district and that the condition of all 186 active cases of COVID-19 in UT Ladakh is stable.

Yesterday CMO Leh received 01 positive sample report and 24 Negative sample reports and CMO Kargil received 02 positive sample reports and 18 Negative sample reports from PGIMER

Chandigarh.

Today 172 samples were sent to PGIMER Chandigarh for testing. Out of the total samples, 97 samples are sent by CMO Leh and 75 samples are sent by CMO Kargil

124 passengers screened at Khaltsi Check Post yesterday, which includes 272 drivers and helpers of 219 trucks / tankers and light vehicles. The vehicles were also sanitized.

98 passengers screened at Upshi check post which includes the drivers and helpers of 56 tankers, 11 trucks & 04 light vehicles.
