Manjakote, May 05: Pakistani rangers on Tuesday evening restored to unprovoked ceasefire violation and targeted the forward posts of Indian army at Manjakote sector in Jammu division.
Officials said that the Pakistani rangers Tuesday evening targeted with small arms and intense shelling with mortars along line of control in Manjakote sector in Rajouri district.
In statement issued to The Earth News, it said, “On 05 May 2020 at about 2030 hours Pak initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with small arms & intense shelling with Mortars along LoC in Manjakote Sector, District Rajouri(J&K). Indian Army is retaliating befittingly”.
While the officials said that there was no immediate reports of any injury or casualty from the scene.
