Jammu Mar 15: In view of the ever increasing crisis of the corona virus, the Bharatiya Janata Party has decided to launch a special campaign to make the public aware of its prevention. For this, the party has constituted committees at the district level and entrusted this responsibility to senior party leaders.

These leaders along with the district committees will make the regional people aware of the necessary steps to be taken for the prevention of corona virus. The outline of this campaign was decided in the first meeting of newly appointed state BJP officials and Morcha presidents at the party headquarters in Trikuta Nagar on Saturday.

Former Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh, former Minister Sat Sharma and Organization General Secretary Ashok Kaul were present in the meeting chaired by State President Ravindra Raina. For this campaign, Dr. Nirmal Singh and Ayodhya Gupta in Jammu district, Sat Sharma under the guidance of Anuradha Chadak and Ajay Vaid in Jammu West district, Sham Lal Sharma in RSpura district, Dr. Narendra Singh in Samba district, Vikas Chaudhary in Jammu Rural,

Anju Dogra and Rekha Mahajan to Akhnoor, Yudhveer Sethi to Nowshara, Baji Abdul Wahid to Rajouri, Vibodh Gupta to Poonch, Shakti Parihar to Kathua, Gopal Mahajan to Basohli, Dr. DK Manyal to Udhampur, Priya Sethi to Reasi, Pawan Khajuria to Ramban. , Arvind Gupta to Doda, Sunil Sharma to Kishtwar and Girdari Lal Raina to Kashmir Displaced District.

For the Kashmir division, Dr. Ali Mohammed Mir to Srinagar, Sheikh Bashir to Anantnag, Ashik Hussain to Kulgam, Sophie Yusuf to Shopian, Veer Saraf to Pulwama, Dr. Farida Khan to Baramulla, Mudassar Wani to Kupwara, Bilal Parre to Budgam, Arif Raja has been given the responsibility of Ganderbal and Dr. Rafi in Bandipora district. Ajay Gupta and Veenu Khanna will oversee the operation of this entire campaign.
