Jammu, Dec 10, TEN Network |   Army organised lectures on Human Rights on the occasion of ‘World Human Rights Day’ at Batta High School Kotli, Government High School Sethna and Government Primary School Basoni in Poonch and Rajouri Districts.

The lectures aimed at spreading awareness amongst the students and youth about the Right of Life, Right of Fair Trial and Right to Speech, Freedom of Thought, Conscience and Religion.

The lecture was followed by an interactive session to answer the various queries raised by the youth. The audience conveyed their gratitude for the selfless service being rendered by the Army to educate the local populace. They also extended their indebtedness to the Army for enlightening them on such an important topic.
