Srinagar, Aug 29: As expected Jammu and Kashmir government will on Friday 31st of August seek adjournment of hearing on Article 35A case in the Supreme Court on account of holding Panchayat and Municipal council elections in the State.
The government’s standing counsel in the Supreme Court Shoeb Alam circulated a plea for adjournment today.
The letter was circulated among counsels representing different parties and also to the Supreme Court registry.
