Kargil 10 :- A five-day training program on “Up-Skilling in Child Care Taker” organized by Home Management and Care Giver Sector on behalf of DWSSC Skill India in collaboration with District Skill Committee Kargil and Ladakh Skill Development Mission commenced today at Conference Hall, Kargil.

The program aims to enhance the skills of child care takers in the region. The event was attended by Chief Planning Officer (CPO), Abdul Hadi; District Programme Officer ICDS, Nargis Bano, trainers and trainees.

While speaking on the occasion, the CPO urged participants to be role models for others and hoped the program will be fruitful for the trainees in up-skilling them. He urged trainees to share their newly acquired knowledge with others for broader community benefit.

On the occasion, District Programme Officer ICDS, Nargis Bano, thanked the organizers for organizing the program for child caretakers. She highlighted the importance of such initiatives in enhancing skills of caretakers, ensuring better care and support for children in the community.

During the event, Trainers Aadil Rashid and Sakina Bano delivered presentations to trainees aimed at up-skilling them. The sessions focused on enhancing the abilities of caretakers providing them valuable insights and techniques to improve child care practices, ensuring better support and development for children under their care.
