Srinagar, Jun 27: Going ahead with its mission of providing ease of banking through digital and alternate channels, J&K Bank today commissioned a new ATM at Chandak in Poonch district of Jammu. With this inauguration, the total number of ATMs in the Rajouri Zone, encompassing the twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch, has reached 84.
The Bank’s Zonal Head (Rajouri) Satish Kumar inaugurated the ATM in the presence of Cluster Head (Poonch) Aehajaz Ahmed, local representatives amid a gathering of valuable customers of the Bank.
Speaking at the inauguration, Zonal Head Satish Kumar emphasized the importance of expanding digital banking facilities. “While deepening our digital footprint here, this ATM will cater to the needs of the local population, saving their valuable time and energy. I urge the residents of Chandak to make full use of the easy and convenient banking services we offer,” he said.
Local representatives and customers present at the event lauded the Bank’s efforts, expressing their support for measures aimed at improving the banking services for the convenience of people.
