Kargil: Deputy Commissioner/ District Election Officer (DC/DEO) Kargil, Shrikant Suse today inspected the Strong Room and counting centre at Kurbathang, Kargil.
The inspection was aimed to evaluate the preparedness for upcoming Lok Sabha election 2024 in the district.
DC Kargil conducted a thorough inspection of the Election Strong Room and Counting centre, which is an important part of the integrity of the electoral process.
He meticulously reviewed every aspect of the counting centre and strong room’s security infrastructure and other facilities in place.
Concerned Police Oficials, NT Election and other officials were also present during the inspection.
