Leh: Social, Emotional and Ethical learning educator preparation workshop, a dynamic and interactive learning experience, recently concluded its intensive sessions today on February 15.
Leaving all the 50 participants inspired and equipped with valuable insights. The workshop, held from February 12 to February 15 focused on Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning principles.
The SEE Learning framework provided a holistic approach to personal and professional development. During the course of workshop, participants delved into emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, and fostering positive relationships. Participants engaged in meaningful discussions, sharing their unique perspectives and experiences.
On this occasion, Principal DIET Leh, expressed his gratitude to facilitators, training coordinator and for their relentless efforts in conducting need base workshops which also align with the vision of National Education Policy-2020, National Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage and School Education.
In his welcome address Principal DIET Leh, Chetan Dorje reiterated his commitment to continue such workshop to embrace all the teaching and non-teaching fraternity.
Facilitators of the workshop Senior Lecturer, Thinless Wangmoo and Lecturer Tsering Angmo emphasized real world applications of SEE Learning principles to enhance their work environments, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
At the end, Principal DIET Leh, Chetan Dorje and Training nodal officer Tsering Yangdol HOD DIET Leh distributed completion certificates to the participants.
