Leh: The Hon’ble Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Tashi Gyalson flagged off the ceremonial supply of ‘Ladakh Oma’ pasteurised milk to the Indian Army units of Leh, Ladakh from Milk Pasteurisation Plant at Agling, Leh today.

Hon’ble Executive Councillor for ASH, Tashi Namgyal Yakzee; Hon’ble Executive Councillor for Cooperatives, Stanzin Chosphel; Secretary ASH Ladakh, Ravinder Kumar, Dy Commissioner Leh, Santosh Sukhadeve; Director ASH&FD, Dr. Mohd Iqbal; CAHO Leh, Dr. Stanzin Rabgais; MD Ladakh Dairy Cooperative Federation Ltd, Manoj Solanki, and other concerned officials were present during the occasion.

While speaking on the occasion, CEC Gyalson highlighted the strategic importance of supplying Ladakh Oma pasteurised milk to the Indian Army units. He also emphasised the Hill Council and UT Administration’s commitment to support local dairy farmers through the promotion of Ladakh Oma, contributing to the economic growth of the region.
