Leh, Jan 17: In a significant development at the BJP party Head Office Leh, several prominent leaders from Singey Lalok constituency officially joined the Bharitya Janata Party (BJP) in the presence of CEC/Chairaman LAHDC Leh Adv.Tashi Gyalson, Distt President Tashi Gyalson Khachu and Mandal President Singey Lalok, Tashi Dorjey.
The new members were warmly welcomed Into the BJP fold with the traditional Khatak and BJP scarf. During the event the members expressed their confidence in the unparalleled development under taken in Singey Lalok they credited this achievement to the visionary leadership of the Member of Parliament, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal and Chairman LAHDC Leh.
Among those who joined the party include Ex Sarpanch Lingsed, Dorjey Namgyal; Ex Naib Sarpanch Dipling, Tsering Namgyal; Ex Sarpanch Photoksar, Otsal Dorjey; Ex Nambardar Wanla B, Stanzin Norbu; and Phuntsog Delaks, active worker of Congress party.
