Leh, Dec 26: Chuchot Councillor, Mirza Hussain in collaboration with Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Leh, today inaugurated the 2nd Free Winter Tuition initiative at Higher Secondary School, Chuchot Shamma. The initiative is aimed at supporting education in the community.
During the inauguration ceremony, Naib Sarpanch of Chuchot Gongma, Mohd Afzal, Panches, Chairman, Village Education Community, Anis and parents of the students were also present.
Approximately 120 students enthusiastically enrolled in the tuition program, marking a significant stride towards enhancing educational opportunities during the winter season. Parents expressed their delight, appreciating the initiative for its positive impact on their children’s learning experience.
Mirza Hussain extended a warm welcome to the newly appointed teachers and parents. He assured everyone that the tuition program would run seamlessly, emphasizing the commitment to fostering a conducive learning environment for all participating students.
The Free Winter Tuition reflects the collaborative efforts of Chuchot Councillor and the generous sponsorship provided by LAHDC Leh. This community-driven endeavour strives to make quality education accessible to all, reinforcing the value of education in the region.
