Leh, Nov 26: The National Constitution Day was celebrated at Tehsil Legal Services Committee Khaltsi, here today.
At least 130 participants including Wangial Tsering, Munsiff, Khaltsi/Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee, Khaltsi, Teacher, Warden, Staff, PLVs and students of ‘Tribal Hostel, Khaltsi attended the programme organised at Munsiff Court Complex, Khaltsi
Chairman, TISC Khaltsi Wangial Tsering while addressing on the occasion informed the participants about the importance of the day. The Preamble of the Constitution was read by all the participants and swore allegiance to the Constitution of India.
The Chairman TLSC appealed to all the participants to abide by the Constitution and become responsible citizens of the country.
Later, the programme concluded with distribution of light refreshment to all the participants.
