Leh, Oct 13: The second phase of the Reinforced Teacher Training (RTT) programme, conducted under the aegis of LAHDC Leh, successfully concluded today at DIET Leh.
This comprehensive programme, which commenced in March 2022, is aimed at enhancing the skills of English Language Teachers in the Leh District and is being implemented by Golden Miles Learning.
During the concluding session, Principal, DIET Leh, Chetan Dorjey emphasised the importance of English Language Teachers incorporating the lessons learned from the Golden Miles RTT Programme into their respective schools. It was informed that the next phase will kick off in March 2024, furthering the development of English language education in the district.
In addition to the RTT programme, a Golden Mile Mentorship Programme for a select cohort of teachers is set to commence on October 30 at DIET Leh. This initiative aims to provide ongoing support and guidance to educators, ensuring the continued improvement of English language teaching in the region.
