LEH: Yet again, Ladakh’s national Cyclist Leakzes Angmo secured rank one and clinched a Gold medal in the National Cycling Championship bringing laurels to the union territory.
Department of Youth Services and Sports, Leh accorded warm reception to Cyclists Leakzes Angmo for bringing laurels to Ladakh UT.
Cyclists Leakzes Angmo participated in several recently held National Level Championships and proved her mettle.
Angmo clinched Gold in National Cycling Championship, Gold in Khelo India Women’s Track Cycling League zone. Apart from multiple gold medals, she has performed extremely well in several others. championships. She also won Bronze in Track Cycling Championship at Hyderabad.
She emerged victorious by clinching a Gold Medal at the recently concluded Khelo India Women’s track cycling League championship held on 27-28th of February 2023 at Guru Nanak Dev University Campus, Amritsar.
The Ladakh Lt. Governor BD Mishra has also encouraged her and stated that our Star Cyclist Leakzes Angmo has once again brought laurel for Ladakh by winning the Gold at the Khelo India Women’s Track Cycling League Championship. More power to her!.
Soon after her achievement, Ravinder Kumar, Secretary Youth Services and Sports Department, UT Ladakh had congratulated her for winning the Gold Medal and wished her for more such achievements in the future.
She on her way back home after completion of the championship was welcomed at KBR Airport Leh.
