Leh: Lieutenant Governor Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) on Friday presented a Baton-of-Honor to Colonel Ponung Doming.
Col. Ponung Doming is the first women officer to command the world’s highest Border Roads Task Force (BRTF) above 15000 feet in Ladakh.
Colonel Doming would be looking after various strategically important projects under Border Roads Organisation in the Union Territory.
