LEH: The Ladakh union territory administration has nominated Justice Atul Sreedharan as Executive Chairman of Ladakh Legal Services Authority.
“In exercise of the bars, conferred by clause (b) of sub section 2 of section 6 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 read with the rule 3 of union territory of Ladakh, Legal Services Authorities Rules 2020, the lieutenant governor of union territory of Ladakh, in consultation with the chief justice of High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, hereby nominates Justice Atul Sreedharan as Executive Chairman of Ladakh Legal Services Authority.
