LEH: Praying for his swift reincarnation, the staff, members, and students of Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre (MIMC), under the esteemed guidance of Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena with heartfelt sorrow and utmost reverence extended their deepest homage to His Eminence Ladakh Chosje Togdan Rinpoche Konchok Thupstan Stanpey Gyaltsan Pal Zangpo.
HE Rinpoche peacefully departed his physical form on May 24th, 2023.
On Tuesday morning, at the sacred Mahabodhi Sambodhi Retreat Centre Ladakh, a special prayer was organized led by Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena, wherein the entire Devachan Family gathered to express our profound respect and pay homage to H.E. Togdan Rinpoche.
In sharing grief and sadness, Bhikkhu Sanghasena acknowledged Rinpoche as an exceptional guiding light of Buddhism in Ladakh. His unwavering service to the Buddhasasana and the people of Ladakh shall be remembered by the people of Ladakh.
Bhikkhu Sanghasena conveyed his personal heartfelt gratitude to Rinpoche for being an immense source of inspiration and unwavering support throughout his own journey, marked by both triumphs and tribulations, as well as for MIMC.
The entire Devachan Family joined Bhikkhu Sanghasena in offering their sincere prayers for the swift reincarnation of Rinpoche.
