Leh Dec 04 : Deputy Chairman, LAHDC Leh Tsering Angchuk today presided the awareness campaign on soil organized by Central Arid Zone Research Institute (CAZRI) at Khardong Rasermo and Takmar on World Soil day.
CAZRI officials enlightened the natives regarding the importance of healthy soil and also advocated them for the sustainable management of soil resources. On the occasion, the Deputy Chairman distributed fodders among the farmers. He also asked the farmers to adopt scientific methods to increase the agricultural productivity in organic way.
