Shah Visit Jammu: Home Minister Shah will reach Jammu on a three-day visit today, to review law and order

Jammu Oct 03 :- Union Home Minister Amit Shah will reach Jammu on Monday evening on a three-day visit. He will give many gifts of development during his tour. After reaching Jammu, there is a program to meet the delegation of civil society, businessmen and various organizations at Raj Bhavan. The next day on October 4, he will address a rally at Rajori Bus Stand after paying obeisance at the court of Maa Vaishno.

There may also be an announcement of giving Scheduled Tribe status to the hills in Rajori. After returning from there, he will meet selected BJP leaders at the convention center in Jammu. They will leave for Srinagar in the evening itself. On October 5, he will address a rally at Baramulla Sports Stadium.

In Srinagar itself, he will know the progress of the Prime Minister’s development package at a high level meeting. Along with this, we will review law and order and terrorist incidents. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha will also be present in the meeting. Shah will be accompanied by officials of the Home Ministry and various security agencies. During the visit, several development projects are proposed to be launched and foundation stone laid in Jammu and Kashmir.

Security personnel arrived from Delhi

Preparations are being made on a large scale in Rajori and Baramulla for the tour. Security personnel from Delhi have reached both the places. Preparations were completed by conducting mock drills in Jammu.

High alert in many districts including Jammu

Home Minister Amit Shah will reach Jammu on Monday on Jammu and Kashmir tour. A high alert has been issued in Jammu regarding this. Tight security arrangements have been made from the border to the city. He will reach Jammu’s technical airport. From here you will go straight to the convention center.

In view of this, 2 thousand security personnel have been deployed with 15 checkpoints within a radius of 7 km from the airport to the convention center. Paramilitary forces will be deployed with the police after every 100 meters. Sources say that in view of Shah’s visit, additional deployment of more than 100 companies of CRPF and paramilitary forces has been made from Lakhanpur to Kashmir.

Deployment has been made especially in Rajori and Baramulla. Security arrangements were also rehearsed on Sunday. A convoy from the airport reached the convention center. The security of the entire convoy was strengthened through mock drills. Additional security personnel have been deployed at all police stations in the city.

This is Shah’s third visit to Jammu and Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370. On reaching Jammu, he will brainstorm on security with the heads of all security agencies. He will also be accompanied by the heads of the Home Ministry, Intelligence like IB, RAW and agencies like BSF, NIA, CRPF, CISF.

In view of Shah’s visit, tight security arrangements have been made across Jammu. QRT vehicles have been deployed with additional deployment at all the Nakas in the city.(AGENCIES)
