Jammu Sep 22 :- In support of their pending demands, the employees of Jal Shakti Department took out a rally today. Simultaneously, temporary workers from different districts staged a sit-in demonstration outside the BJP office in Trikuta Nagar, Jammu. He expressed his anger by applause and thali.

Employees United Front office bearers Ravi Hans, Hoshiar Singh, Mohan Lal Sharma, Navdeep Singh and Rajendra Singh Taj said that their demands were not being resolved. In such a situation, anger is being expressed through Maharally. So far no official has come forward for talks. The demands are not being heeded.

He said that a strategy would also be chalked out to intensify the movement. Around 22 thousand employees are providing services across the state. So far no action has been taken on regularization. Some employees are about to retire, but they are getting three hundred rupees as daily wage. This has made it difficult for the family to survive.(AGENCIES)
