The parade of the Central Reserve Police Force contingent was adjudged the best parade squad by the Jury

Jammu Aug 16 :- “The Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” is Celebrated with great fanfare across the country. In this series, a grand parade was organized on 15 August 2022 at MAM Stadium, Jammu. The parade was attended by Contingents of Army, BSF, CRPF, SSB, Civil Police, Armed Police  and NCC. The salute of the parade was taken by Shri Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to the Hon’ble Governor, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The preparation for the parade was being practiced by various force squads from 4th August 2022.

All the Police and forces Contingents participated in the parade with great enthusiasm and tried their best to make the parade the best. The spirit of the various forces was such that even during the rain, they participated in the parade with full enthusiasm. In this parade a Jury was formed to select the best parade squad. The parade of the Central Reserve Police Force contingent was adjudged the best parade squad by the Jury.

It is pertinent to be mentioned here that the Squad of Central Reserve Police Force was practicing hard continuously in Group Centre, CRPF, Bantalab, Jammu under the guidance and supervision of the Jammu Range for the last 15 days. Under the able guidance and leadership of Shri Rakesh Sethi, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Jammu Range Central Reserve Police Force, this squad was successful in carrying out its hard work and secured the first position. Under the supervision of Shri Bhanu Pratap Singh, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Group Centre, CRPF, Jammu, complete resources of the parade were made available for this squad.

Shri P.S. Ranpise, IPS, Inspector General, Jammu Sector, CRPF has played vital role  in this grand success. The Central Reserve Police Force Parade Squad was congratulated by Shri P.S. Ranpise, IPS, Inspector General, Jammu Sector, CRPF for securing the first position and in a grand ceremony, CRPF  Parade Commander, Sh. Ajay Malik, Asstt. Comdt. was presented a memento for his able leadership and hard work. All senior and junior officers of the Central Reserve Police Force were present on this occasion, who assured to continue the hard work in future also.

Achieving the first position by the Central Reserve Police Force Parade Squad in the mass parade of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir is indeed a commendable and inspirational step. The spectators present in the parade tried to enthuse the Central Reserve Police Force Parade Squad with loud applause and applauded the parade.
