Leh, May 31: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, one new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday.
While a total of 99 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 77 sample reports in Leh and 21 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative. The bulletin further informs that no patient was cured and discharged. UT Ladakh has received one new positive sample report and was received by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 04, all active cases are in Leh district.
The bulletin further informs that 2227 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 1413 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post, 256 passengers were screened at Upshi check post.
