Srinagar Apr 02 :- Jammu and Kashmir Bank customers are facing problems in accessing mPay  services on Saturday leaving customers fuming.

Customers informed that they are not able to access the app which is giving them tough time in logging into their accounts. Besides mPAY some other bank services have also came to halt.

“I was here to withdraw the cash, but the employees informed that system is not working. I tried to withdraw the cash from ATM but the Teller Machine was also out of order,” said Nazir Ahmad.

Sources said that bank faced outage across Kashmir Valley.All the customers visiting the ATM’s left without entering into transaction.

Some customers took to social media networking sites to complain about the outage, calling the delay in solving the issue “not good enough”.

“I am in Sopore and here too system is out of order and we are unable to make any transactions,” said a customer Faheem.

Pertinently, earlier on Saturday  Bank informed that no services will be available on JK Banks ATM, Debit Card, e-banking,mpay, UPI, and NEFT / RTGS from 00.00 hrs to 04.00hrs on 3rd April due to maintenance activity.
