Bhaderwah, March 30: A legal awareness camp for women was today organised by Mahalla Shakti Kendri Doda, in collaboration with District Legal Service Authority, here in the community Hall Bhaderwah.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhaderwah Choudhary Dilmir was the Chief Guest, while Sub Judge (Secretary DLSA) Mudassir Farooq was the Guest of Honour.
Among others, who were present in the awareness camp included Vikas Singh Block Programme Manager, JKRLM (Umeed); Women Welfare Officer Doda Kewal Krishan; District Co-ordinator MSK Doda Humara Balwan; Tehsil Social Welfare Officer Bhaderwah Subash Kotwal and representatives of ICPS Doda.
In his address, the Secretary DLSA highlighted the legal rights of women and free legal services being provided by the District Legal Services Authority to the women.
Earlier, the Tehsil Social Welfare Officer welcomed the participants and highlighted the legal rights of the women.
