Jammu Feb 23 :- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir held Combined Core Group Convention of all organizational Districts of party from Jammu region.
J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina chaired the meeting accompanied by MP (Lok
Sabha) Jugal Kishore Sharma, former Dy. CM Kavinder Gupta, party General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Koul, former Minister & former State President Sat Sharma, party General Secretaries Sunil Sharma (former Minister), Adv. Vibodh Gupta (former MLC) & Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal (former Minister) and Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Chander Mohan Gupta.
Ravinder Raina while addressing the meeting encouraged the senior leaders of the party to work on the booth level in view of upcoming Assembly elections. He asked them to reach the booth level workers and strengthen the party at ground level. He also prompted them to identify the lacunas in the deliverance of the benefits of the government funded public welfare schemes to the targeted underprivileged population. He said that Modi government has done unprecedented work for the public welfare and attributed this success to the decades of selfless service by the dedicated workers of the party. He asked them to work tirelessly in the coming months to fulfill the aim of BJP’s Chief Minister in Jammu & Kashmir in the upcoming Assembly elections.
Ashok Koul thoroughly discussed the various organizational programmes allotted to the districts while he sought the reporting from the respective District Presidents. He asked them to ensure the “Sashakt Mandal” and “Sakriya Booth” while emphasizing on the ground level working of the party activists. He asked the senior leaders of the party to devote their dedicated time into their respective booths and allotted areas to gear up the party activities.
Sunil Sharma elaborated the Union Government funded public welfare schemes while asking the party leaders to gain detailed knowledge about their implementation.
Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal conducted the meeting proceedings.
