Kulgam, February 17: The four days training program for VLCPCs of block D H Pora and D K Margof district Kulgam concluded here, today.
The training programme was organized by ICPS in collaboration with District Administration Kulgam.
During these days, the Participants were sensitized about the effective implementation of the Juvenile Justice Care and Protection Act 2015 and their role at village level.
These training sessions were attended by Sarpanchs, Teachers, VLWs, AWWs, Asha workers etc.
More than 200 members of VLCPCs were oriented with JJC Act 2015, POCSO Act and Child Rights throughout these days.
The resource persons were Member, Juvenile Justice Board; Member, Child Welfare Committee, Protection Officers, IC and NIC besides other officials.
