Rajouri, February 07: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today inaugurated a day-long training program on the Revenue Court Case Monitoring System (RCCMS) here in the VC Room.
CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; DIO Informatics, Muzaffar Mir; ADIO, Ashwaini Kumar and other concerned officials were present on the occasion.
RCCMS is a workflow based system covering the Mutation cases along with Appeal cases relating to Land Records.
The Revenue courts of Tehsildar, Sub-Collector, Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Collector, Revenue Divisional Commissioner (RDC) and Member, Board of Revenue have been provided access to the software.
DIO NIC, Muzaffar Mir briefed the participants about the functioning of the software including how to make backlog entry for different types of cases, misc cases etc.
The status of the application can be viewed by the applicant at different stages of the hearing at different courts with his registered mobile number using the OTP.
Addressing the participants, the Deputy Commissioner said that the Government is making persistent efforts to ensure transparency and accountability in the working of institutions for the convenience of the public and RCCMS is a one more step towards this direction.
He also said that there would be no unnecessary delays due to manual work and RCCMs would play a significant role in mitigating the sufferings of the common masses regarding revenue court cases as the status of the case starting from processing stages to final disposal would be made available to the public.
