Delhi, December 10: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today paid his last respects to the Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat and his wife, Smt Madhulika Rawat.
“A truly extraordinary leader, soldier and human being, General Bipin Rawat embodied the highest ideals of Armed Forces. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and colleagues”, the Lt Governor said.
