Kulgam, December 06: The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kulgam, Riyaz Ahmad Sofi along with ADC, Showkat Ahmad Rather today visited Dedicated Covid Hospital at Kulgam to take stock of the arrangements available for isolation and treatment of Covid patients here.
On the occasion, Medical Superintendent Kulgam informed the ADDC about the facilities available at this Covid hospital for patients.
The ADDC also inspected Oxygen plant and also took stock of availability of Covid care medicines, Bed availability and other equipment requisite for treatment of patients in this hospital.
Earlier, the officer inspected the district hospital and took stock of patient care services.
He also checked attendance of staff and inspected various wards, testing lab, IPD block, Dental Section, X-ray Section of the hospital.
During the visit, the ADDC also interacted with patients. He instructed the concerned Officers to ensure proper heating facilities in the hospital for patients throughout this winter season.
Officers also took stock of enforcement of Covid SOPs in hospital.
