Kulgam, December 03: Registrations cum awareness programme (Rozgar mela) under the initiative of ‘Be-Rozgari Say Swa-Rozgar’ concluded today witnessing great response here in block Devsar of the district.
Youth from Devsar, Kund, Pahloo and other areas queued up at the registration counters established by the line departments for registrations under various self-employment schemes.
At the outset of the programme, unemployed youth were sensitized about different self-employment schemes including schemes of Mission Youth meant for the empowerment of the youth, so that they are able to generate livelihood for themselves and others.
Present on the occasion were ACP Surjeel Ahmad, EO MC Devsar, Resource person from DE&CC and officers from various departments.
