Jammu, November 30: A warm Farewell was accorded to Rajan Sharma, Joint Director Agriculture (Extension), who is proceeding on superannuation today after rendering services for more than 36 years.
The Officers participated in the farewell with due adherence to social distancing.
Director of Agriculture Production & Farmers Welfare Jammu, K. K. Sharma wished the retiring officer a very happy, healthy and prosperous post retirement life. He lauded him for his valuable and exemplary services at different levels for the welfare of the farming community.
Warm wishes were also extended to Rajeev Sharma, Agriculture Chemist who proceeded on superannuation on 31st October, 2021.
Others who wished the Retiring officer a very happy retired life include Joint Director (Inputs), A. S. Reen, Joint Director (SLUB/Farms), Rajinder Sharma, Joint Director Agriculture (Marketing), Mahesh Verma, Joint Director(Apiculture & Mushroom), Iqbal Singh, DSSO, Subash Sharma, besides senior officers of the department.
Mementos were presented to the retiring officer during the farewell programme on behalf of the Department as a mark of honor and affection. Sandeep Dogra, SCA (I & P) conducted the proceedings of the programme and presented the vote of thanks.
