Baramulla, november 26: On the directions of LG’s Administration, for making the existing grievance redressal mechanism more effective and satisfactory, the Additional District Development Commissioner Baramulla, Aijaz Abdullah Saraf today chaired a meeting of the concerned departments at Dak Bungalow here to take stock of the status of online public grievances.
While addressing the meeting, The ADDC urged the departments for special focus on fast track and satisfactory public grievance redressal mechanism.
He urged the departments to take their assignments as challenges and work with dedication and show dynamic attitude in redressing the public grievances besides providing satisfactory response to the concerned.
The meeting also discussed some important issues related to the overall developmental scenario besides hassle free implementation of welfare and developmental schemes.
In the meanwhile, a grievance cell has already been established in DC office Baramulla in which online and telephonic public grievances are responded to by concerned departments.
Assistant Commissioner Revenue Baramulla, Mohammad Rafiq Lone, SDMs, heads of various departments, besides other concerned functionaries attended the meeting.
