Rajouri, November 15: As part of the COVID Appropriate Behaviour awareness drive, One Stop Centre Rajouri, on the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Rajesh K Shavan today distributed IEC material, including pamphlets among the public here at the DC office and ITI Rajouri
The IEC material distribution was done as a part of the sustained campaign of spreading awareness among the people on the precautions to be taken against the pandemic.
Administrator One Stop Centre Rajouri, Nitu Sharma and her staff disseminated information among the public about the do’s and don’ts to check the transmission of the COVID19 infection.
The team appealed to the public to follow COVID-19 appropriate behaviour to shield them from viral infection as this is the only and the best tool to fight against the pandemic.
The people were urged to wear masks while going out of their homes, maintain physical distance and avoid visiting crowded places.
They also advised the public to take the COVID vaccine and also go for a COVID test if they feel any symptoms to ensure their safety as well as the safety of the others.
The people were also briefed about the measures being taken by the District Administration to counter the pandemic in the district and urged upon them to ensure full support to the Government in this fight.
