Ganderbal, November 10: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Ganderbal today held Special Lok Adalat in the district.
A total of three Lok Adalat Benches were constituted in the district, two benches at Ganderbal while third Bench was constituted at Kangan. The Benches took up the identified matters for amicable settlement.
The Special Lok Adalat was held under the supervision of Chairman District Legal Services Authority (Principal District and Sessions Judge) Ganderbal, Shazia Tabassum.
Secretary District Legal Services Authority Ganderbal coordinated the Special Lok Adalat.
A total number of 220 cases were taken up before the said Special Lok Adalat Benches, out of which 150 Cases were settled through amicable settlement. An amount of Rs. 41,450 was also realized as fine.
