DODA, NOVEMBER 08: Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vikas Sharma, today chaired a meeting of concerned Officers to discuss the measures to give wide publicity to the newly launched land record information system “Aapki Zameen Aapki Nigrani” in the district.
During the meeting threadbare discussion was held with regard to holding of IEC activities to educate the people about the working of the System introduced for the convenience of the people and bring transparency in land record maintenance.
The DC said that the implementation of the program is the top priority of the LG Administration which aims at to bring accountability and transparency in the functioning of the revenue department.
The DC directed the ACD Doda, ACR and CSC coordinator Doda to frame a list of officials who shall visit to each Panchayat to give demonstration about the working of the system on every Wednesday and Saturday during the current month.
The NIC Officials were asked to prepare a dummy app which shall be publicized in the social media covering all the do’sand also formulate a google sheet on which every day performance shall be recorded by the deputed field functionaries.
