Reiterating his direction to ensure that all 14th FC works taken up across each Panchayat in the Division should be completed on priority by 31st December, 2021, the Director asked Officers to undertake extensive field visits for on spot appraisal and expeditious completion of the works and timely utilization of funds.

He also reviewed the district wise status of the GPDP and People’s Plan Campaign-2021 with directions to energize the field staff across each Panchayat, hold regular Gram Sabhas besides timely uploading of relevant data under each indicator by the respective Panchayat Secretaries on the e-GramSwaraj Portal.

He also directed to ensure 100 percent geo-tagging of all completed works and underscored the need to proactively resolve the issues of the public at the grass roots level.

“Gram Sabhas should be regularly organized and PRIs actively involved in the developmental activities in each Panchayat besides the general public should be made aware about the guidelines and benefits of the RDD Schemes under implementation”, he said.
