RAMBAN, OCTOBER 14: To check attendance and punctuality of staff, the Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Mussarat Islam conducted surprise inspection of District Hospital in late Wednesday evening. The DC took stock of health care facilities being provided by the hospital administration to patients. He interacted with the patients admitted in different wards besides enquiring about health care facilities and availability of medical staff there.
He directed the hospital administration to display the Duty roster of doctors and other paramedical staff at prominent places to keep check on their attendance and punctuality for the convenience of the public. He further stressed on implementation of Covid SoPs and promotion of covid appropriate behavior among patients and attendants.
Meanwhile, the DC inspected the implementation of the order restricting the movement of vehicles carrying more than 24 tons load over Bailey Bridge over Maitra Nallah.
