227 healthcare workers vaccinated against Covid-19 in UT Ladakh

Leh, Feb 10:  A total of 227 healthcare workers was inoculated against Covid-19 in Leh and Kargil districts today. While 28 healthcare workers were given Covid-19 jabs at Community Healthcare Centre (CHC), Khaltsi, 44 healthcare workers were given Covid-19 vaccines at CHC, Skurbuchan. A total of 19 healthcare workers was inoculated at New Type (NT) Primary Health Centre (PHC), Hanu.

Similarly, a Covid-19 vaccination drive was also held at District Hospital (DH) Kargil where 85 healthcare workers were inoculated against Covid-19. 51 healthcare workers were given Covid-19 jabs at CHC, Sankoo.

As per the data provided by the Office of the State Immunisation Officer Ladakh, a total of 2,663 healthcare workers has been vaccinated to date, out of which 1,527 healthcare workers are from Leh and 1,136 are from Kargil district.
