Leh, Jan. 04: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of six persons tested positive for COVID-19. All the positive sample reports were received by CMO Leh. The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 10 patients yesterday. All the patients were discharged by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 257; 246 in Leh district and 11 in Kargil district.

The bulletin further informed that 445 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 56 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, tankers, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Saturday.
