Kupwara: In it’s continued efforts to reach out to AWAM, Interactive meeting was organised for newly elected panchayat members by Army in Zarhama, Kupwara.
The meeting aimed at discussing the problems of AWAM, powers and limitations of Sarpanch and Panchs, governance issues in the present setup, ways to improve governance. The meeting further served as a platform to bring together elected representatives of the AWAM and Army which will strengthen the bond for working hand in hand for AWAM.
