Kargil, Sept 06: The Auditorium Hall in Kargil was abuzz with activity today as the Students Education Movement of Kargil (SEMOK) hosted a comprehensive career counselling and awareness program. The event, which focused on crucial examinations such as NEET, JEE, UPSC, NDA, and CUET, aimed to equip students with the knowledge and strategies needed to succeed in their future careers.

The program saw a notable presence of dignitaries, including the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Kargil, Suhail Ahmad, who was the chief guest for the occasion. In his address, ADC Ahmad stressed the significance of making informed career choices. He highlighted the demanding nature of civil services, underscoring that the path requires dedication, responsibility, and discipline.

ADC Ahmad also announced that UPSC and NDA examination centers have been established in the Kargil district, encouraging local aspirants to take full advantage of this opportunity.

Dr. Mohd Nawaz Sharaf Ud Din (IDES), the special guest, offered expert insights into UPSC examination strategies and effective preparation techniques. His guidance was aimed at helping students navigate the complexities of the examination process with greater ease.

Assistant Professor Nasir Shabani contributed to the event by sharing his academic experiences, providing valuable advice on how students can enhance their educational journeys and excel in their studies.

The President of SEMOK, Ahmed Qaderi, took the opportunity to highlight the organization’s overall development and its achievements, reflecting on the progress made in supporting students’ educational and career aspirations.

Additional speakers at the event shared their experiences and knowledge, further enriching the students’ understanding of the various career paths available to them. The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Sadiq Ali, Vice-President of SEMOK, who expressed gratitude to all the speakers and participants for their valuable contributions.
