- BJP Leh Phu-Dho holds Annual General Body meet
Leh, Sept 01: The Annual General Body meeting of BJP Leh Phu-Dho was held under the chairmanship of BJP Upper Leh Mandal President Rigzin Chubi at Hotel Grand Chubi, here today.
On the occasion, team BJP Leh Phu-Dho paid homage to the former Chairman LAHDC Leh Late Dorjay Motup (DM) on his fifth death anniversary today.
The meeting was held in the presence of respected Goba’s Nawang Tsering Jyago and Paldan Boto; the members of Leh Phu-Dho and it was attended by the BJP State Vice President Phunchok Wangdan Shunu; President Mahila Morcha District Leh Tsewang Dolma Jingser along with Mahila Karyakartas from Leh Phu-Dho; the BJP office bearers Phunchok Angmo; Ms Nilza Angmo Hashur; Stanzin Paljor Kogluk; the Upper Leh BJP Mandal Executive Members; Tsespal Mahay; Lobzang Bani; the Mahila Mandal President Tsewang Dolma Shuma along with Mahila Karyakartas; the President along with the members of various Tsogspa of Leh Phu-Dho (both women and youth wing) and specially hundreds of residents from Gangless to Skara Leh.
Discussion took place on various important topics related to the development of Leh Phu-Dho. Various important requests like Leh Tokpo and many more were highlighted.
On the behalf of all the residents of Leh Phu-Dho (Gangless to Skara) the Goba’s and the members once again reappointed Rigzin Chubi as the Mandal President of BJP Upper Leh; Tsespal Mahay as General Secretary; Ms Nilza Angmo Hashur; Lobzang Bani; Tsering Nurboo Katar; Dorjay Stumpa; Tashi Zyago were appointed as the Vice President of BJP Leh Phu-Dho.
Overall, the meeting remained very fruitful, the Mandal team appointed new members to the Mandal specially the youth today and requested the Goba and members to appoint each from all the locality to join hands and work for the overall development of Leh Phu-Dho.
