Leh 29 :- A review meeting was held by Hon’ble Executive Councillor for RDD, Tashi Namgyal Yakzee to finalize the arrangements for the death anniversary observance of former Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Late Shri Dorjay Motup. The event will take place at the Dorjay Motup Memorial Park in Housing Colony on September 1.
The meeting was attended by Hon’ble Councillor Kungyam Thinles Nurboo, Private Secretary to the Hon’ble CEC/Chairman Jigmet Raftan, Executive Engineer, Construction Division Imran Khan; Assistant Director Information Department; Executive Officer, Municipal Committee Stanzin Rabgais; President of the Dorjay Motup Memorial Committee Tsewang Namgyal.
During the meeting, attendees reviewed and discussed the various logistical and ceremonial arrangements required for the event. They addressed key aspects such as seating arrangements, water supply, lighting, venue setup, and program scheduling to ensure a seamless and respectful commemoration.
The collective effort was aimed at honoring the legacy of Late Shri Dorjay Motup with the dignity and respect he deserves.
