Leh, Aug 25: In a significant development ahead of the upcoming state elections in Jammu & Kashmir and Haryana, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has announced the appointment of key youth leaders as Incharges and Co-Incharges.

Among those appointed is Stanzin Chotak from Zanskar, who will serve as Co-Incharge for the Jammu & Kashmir state elections.
