Kargil, August 22, 2024: Education Department Kargil organized two-day training programme for teachers of Zanskar Zone on UDISE Plus/PFMS under Samagra Shiksha.
Mohd Shabir incharge Samagra and Mohd Ali UDISE incharge trained the teachers on these two modules. S.D.Namgyal Chief Education Officer Kargil also attended the program. Zonal Education Officer Zanskar thanked the CEO Kargil and the experts for organizing such a fruitful programme.
On the occassion of the valedictory function of the training program, CEO Kargil distributed Laptops among the meritorious students of Class 10th and 12th under subsidy component of LAHDC Kargil and educational tablets among the students of Class 9th of Zanskar Zone under Yountab scheme of UT Administration in presence of Principal HSS Padum, Zonal Education Officer Zanskar and the teachers of Zanskar Zone.
Speaking on the occassion CEO Kargil said that the Department of Education, LAHDC Kargil and the Administration is committed to provide all the facilities in terms of infrastructure, technology and Human Resource.
CEO Kargil stressed the students to use the Laptops and the Tables for achieving the desired goals of education and also urged the teachers to work with sincerity and dedication in dealing with the students for achieving the learning outcomes.
Mohd Shabir Program Coordinator thanked ZEO Zanskar and the trainees for making the program a successful. CEO Kargil also visited Schools, KGBVs, Netaji Hostel and construction site of buildings being executed under various schemes.
The CEO also interacted with the teachers, Community members, VECs, SMDCs and contractors. He also requested the contractors to speed up the construction process keeping in view the short working season of the area.
